1. The Online Store uses a mechanism to cancel an order (in whole or in part) that has already been registered and has not yet been delivered. For any order cancellation (in whole or in part) you should send an email to aethercosmetics.com. This feature is available to you until we inform you of the shipment of your order. Cancellation is not possible after this point.
  2. If the ordering process has been completed but you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any of the reasons described in detail in paragraph 11.3 (b, c), you are entitled to a refund of the purchased products within fourteen (14) days from their purchase, after consultation with the Company and always provided that the product is unused, in its original condition and without any signs of deterioration. Return of the products is done to the address of the Administrator / Distributor Company at no cost to the Consumer and it is necessary to present the retail receipt or invoice. In fact, in the event of an invoice issue, the return is accompanied by a shipment receipt to the Company. If the product has been used or its original packaging has been corrupted, NO refunds will be accepted.
  3. Return of the products in question, if they are unused and in their original condition, is possible by packaging and shipping them to the cooperating courier company, after communicating by telephone with the Administrator / Distributor Company without charge. In both cases the relevant retail receipt or invoice must be displayed and after the necessary verification has been made as to whether the conditions of the refund are fulfilled, the Distributor will proceed with the replacement or refund according to the will expressed by the Consumer. If the conditions for return are not fulfilled, this will not be accepted and the products in question will be returned to the Consumer at his own expense.
  4. The possible reasons for the return of the product you ordered are as follows:

a. Failure to receive the product due to the absence of the recipient.

The product either remains in the courier company or is returned to the Online Store. If the product remains in the cooperating courier company, the Consumer shall re-consult with it for free delivery. b. Unjustified refusal to receive the product.

Should the Consumer decide to return his order for one of the reasons stated above (b, c), without wishing to replace it, his refund shall be made as follows: a) If the product has been paid by credit card, cancellation, transaction cancellation and cardholder update.
