1. The placement of a product order constitutes a binding offer to purchase the product in question at the total price stated when placing the order, including VAT, packing and shipping costs, other applicable charges and any discounts you may be entitled to. Consumer and can be done in two ways:

(a) by placing an order through (online ordering); and

(b) by telephone order, for products available through the e-Shop, from the distributor.

  1. To order a product through, first enter the login details of your Account on the login page or create a new Account if you are a new User. However, you are still able to continue your order as a Visitor. Then, select the products you want and add them to your Shopping Cart. The screen will show the total cost of your order and you will be asked for the way of payment to complete your purchase.
  2. Before completing the ordering of the product, you are required to be informed of the ingredients contained in the products you wish to purchase, as the Company bears no liability in the event of allergic reactions, dermatological conditions and any reactions which may result (by using the products).
  3. Your order is completed on acceptance by by sending you a confirmation email to the email address you indicated when submitting the order. On sending your order you will receive a new e-mail with delivery information.
  4. If the Consumer wishes to place a telephone order for the products available through the e-shop from the Distributor, he or she may call the Distributor’s Call Center (tel. +30 2107226822 from a landline or mobile phone) daily from 10.00 to 16.30 except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. He or she selects the products he/she wishes to purchase and declares them to the call center employee, using the codes below the details of each product.
