This Website, as well as its online e-shop (hereinafter referred to as the “e-shop”), is operated and managed solely, with contractual permission from “A.D AETHER LUXURY COSMETICS LTD”, by the Company under the name” NIAD INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTORS MONOPROSOPI IKE” and the distinctive title “NIAD INTL DISTRIBUTORS”, having its corporate seat in Athens (Karneadou 22), duly represented, (henceforth referred to as “the Administrator” or “the Distributor”), functioning as an exclusive distributor of the products of the company «A.D. AETHER LUXURY COSMETICS LTD”, with the sole purpose of serving its customers with regard to the products of the company «A.D AETHER LUXURY COSMETICS LTD».
